Pricing questions

What counts as one email?

Every OTP or transactional message accepted by our API for delivery counts as one email against your monthly plan limit, regardless of size.

What happens if I go over my plan limit?

We'll notify you as you approach your limit. You can upgrade at any time, or pay per additional email at your plan's overage rate.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. After registering, you connect a domain you own and add the DNS records we generate so messages are authenticated as coming from you.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. Free and Starter plans are pay-as-you-go with no contract. Scale plans include a custom agreement tailored to your volume.
